Ran 3.50 miles today but only recorded half that (I PROMISE!!), average pace today was 7:50 had a better run today then the other days…Next up at way higher elevation this week coming up over in Adelanto, above 3,000ft., and on Saturday is our run at the Gladiator Rock n’ Run 6k in Irvine, CA!!
